A couple of years ago, during a rich Senior Executive Symposium discussion, one of the attendees said, "I wish some of my people were here…” Nour challenged those participants to identify and invite exceptional talent within their respective organizations who were ready for the next inflection point in their personal/professional growth journey.
What was fondly referenced as a “+1” at that event became the Next-Up Leadership Development Program. As an intimate cohort, we take the participants through two days of compelling content, small group discussions, case studies, executive panels, and guess faculty—all in search of the leaders they need to become in the evolution of their organizations.
At RES’25, we are also adding an optional Next-Up Salon, a year-long mastermind group with eight (8) virtual monthly coaching sessions and a full-day mid-year in-person gathering to gauge each person’s progress.
