A couple of years ago, during a rich Senior Executive Symposium discussion, one of the attendees said, "I wish some of my people were here…” Nour challenged those participants to identify and invite exceptional talent within their respective organizations who were ready for the next inflection point in their personal/professional growth journey. 

What was fondly referenced as a “+1” at that event became the Next-Up Leadership Development Program. As an intimate cohort, we take the participants through two days of compelling content, small group discussions, case studies, executive panels, and guest faculty—all in search of the leaders they need to become in the evolution of their organizations.
