AVNIR builds your relationship graph only from sources you authorise, with customer-controlled sharing and enterprise-grade security practices. Here is exactly what that means in practice.
First-party graph, enrichment on request
Your relationship graph, and every strength score on it, is built only from sources you connect and authorise: your inbox, calendar, LinkedIn connection data, CRM, and meeting-note tools. No purchased contact lists. No standing enrichment feed running across your book.
AVNIR also offers optional contact enrichment. A user selects a single contact and asks for it, and AVNIR uses licensed professional-profile data and live public-web research to add role and company context and look for a discoverable work email. It is never automatic, it is recorded on the contact it touched, and enriched data does not change the relationship scores your firm earned. AVNIR does not resell any data you connect to the platform.
Customer-controlled sharing
Every connected source is authorised explicitly by you. You control which data sources are active, which team members can see which relationship signals, and how your data is shared within your firm.
You can disconnect any source at any time, and AVNIR will cease processing data from that source. Data deletion requests are honoured in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data transmitted between your browser, the AVNIR application, and our infrastructure is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data stored within the AVNIR platform is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
These are standard engineering practices AVNIR has applied from day one — not retroactive additions.
Enterprise-grade security practices
AVNIR is architected with security as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought. Our infrastructure applies the principle of least privilege, access controls, and security monitoring as baseline practices.
Authentication is handled through established OAuth 2.0 flows for all third-party integrations. We do not store your third-party passwords or credentials.
Compliance status
AVNIR is built to SOC 2 standards with enterprise-grade security; formal certification is in progress. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II attestation and will publish the report when the audit is complete.
We are not yet able to provide a signed BAA or HIPAA certification. If your firm has specific compliance requirements, contact us at the address below before signing up.
